T shirts-packaging

Creative and unique packaging for Naples based street wear brand Laitlab.

Everyone knows about the Matryoshka dolls and how they caught on to inspire several designs based on them, so here comes one more product which uses the Matryoshka dolls in its transparent form, just their shapes, as eye catching T-shirt packages.

Designed by DarkDesignGroup from Russia, this packaging has also received an award in a design competition during this year. Unsual always catches the eye, and if you are one of those who has an eye for the rarer details then you would end up collecting several such different packages like me, that i just cannot let go off!

Just in time to celebrate a Celtics championship and right before the festive 4th, Johnny Cupcakesunveils the LTD Firecracker T-shirt. Classic Americana.
The shirt is limited to 100 pieces, 10 per size, for both the guys and the gals. Releases today at 3pm, Newbury St. location.
As we’ve come to expect for Johnny the packaging of the shirt almost trumps the garment itself. Check that out after the jump!

Cafepress announced today that they have updated how t-shirts and apparel are presented inside the shipping bag. Before the update Cafepress rolled the t-shirts and then put a sticker around the roll to hold the shirt in place. The new presentation includes rolled t-shirts with a recycled brown paper band that is held together with a sticker.

As noted in the previous slideshow about packaging design at its worst, designing and implementing packaging can go horribly, horribly wrong. Thankfully, there's a greener side to the equation, where fewer, greener materials meet with clever design -- for everything from furniture to home electronics -- to radically cut back (or altogether eliminate) waste; it's a beautiful thing. Check out these examples of the best in green packaging design
